I got over the "...You're so sweet to ask! I got over the "viral" feeling after about 5 days. Then I discovered that the flaxseed oil was giving me problems, so I cut that out. Got back to normal for a few days, and then we had a major complication: had to replace the shower.<br /><br />What does that have to do with a detox diet, you ask? Well, I'm chemically sensitive, and the guys used this glue with killer fumes on three different days. Needless to say, I spent many hours in the garage with a fan and my knitting. The third day, I actually left the house for the day. The exposure I did have to the fumes gave me the "runs," and I'm just now getting back to normal again.<br /><br />Gack.
